  When you call all the machine says is unloading hours 6:30 am to 2:30pm m-f. Says NOTHING ABOUT APPOINTMENT! When driver shows up and you make him wait 1 1/2 hours and its your falt and be very rude to him.
  . Well that is VERY BAD BUSINESS!
  You get a big F ....As in fail in customer service!
  My advice is to STAY AWAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!
